A lawsuit filed last month calls once again for EPA to strengthen stormwater regulations. Two groups, the Natural Resources Defense Council and the Environmental Defense Center, filed the suit on December 18 with the Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit Court.

DALLAS – (Dec. 18, 2014) In 2014, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) worked with companies that violated environmental laws to bring more than $1.8 million in benefits to communities in Louisiana, Texas, and New Mexico. These benefits came from supplemental environmental projects, or SEPs, as part of settlement agreements with companies. SEPs contribute to EPA’s goals of protecting public health and making a difference in local communities.

In order to get into the conference, you will need to pick up your WEFTEC badge at the customer service counter in the Hall G registration area. If you registered before the early deadline, a badge should already be prepared and waiting for you. If not, Trisha Brown will be at the registration area to help check in last minute registrations.
It is advised that you allow extra time to park, pick up your badge, and get to the meeting room (Booth #3301 in Hall D). We recommend arriving at 8am (meeting starts at 8:30).
